What this is
iQ Assistant is the client-care side of the iQ Ops Suite Client Hub. When you are already a client, it helps our team share clear updates about:
- Requests you have submitted
- Approvals and next steps
- Account notices that matter to your work with us
Texts and portal messages go only to existing business clients who have opted in. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. We do not text prospects or purchased lists.
